After being the first private hospital to achieve The KeepWell Mark accreditation in October 2019, we are delighted to announce our recent accreditation in 2022. This, evidence-based workplace wellbeing accreditation from Ibec, is recognised as the business standard for health, safety and wellbeing in Ireland. This award demonstrates our commitment to employee wellbeing and recognises the importance of a work environment that fosters and supports employee well-being is hugely beneficial for all concerned.
The accreditation process includes benchmarking and assessing against licensed standards, a personalised report with recommendations for corporate wellbeing strategy and a certificate of accreditation valid two years.
