Outpatients Services
All services have returned to normal, with full Covid-19 precautions in place.
The health, safety and well-being of our patients and staff remains a top priority so we have adapted the way we provide care and services, while ensuring social distancing, infection control and enhanced safety measures are in place. Prior to arrival at the hospital, all patients with an appointment will be contacted by telephone for COVID-19 screening. Additional screening will take place on arrival.
Staff are required to wear a face mask at all times in clinical areas and a face mask or covering in non-clinical, all public areas and in multi-use staff rooms. All patients should wear a face mask or face covering before entering the hospital and our concierge will happily provide you with one if needed.
Due to social distancing and the high volume of patients, we kindly ask patients to adhere to the allocated appointment time to avoid congestion in waiting areas. Patients are asked to arrive on time for all appointments and where possible, attend the appointment alone. If you arrive to the hospital early, we would ask you to wait in your car or outside the building to avoid internal congestion. If you happen to be delayed, please phone the relevant department to let them know.
