St. Vincent’s Private Hospital (SVPH) reaccredited with prestigious JCI award
Despite an incredibly challenging 18 months for healthcare, SVPH have been reaccredited with a prestigious award in health care and we have proven, once again, that patient safety is at the fore of everything we do. Our patients can be assured that when it comes to patient care, safety and quality they are in the hands of world class healthcare professionals.
Anita Boylan, Director of Nursing at SVPH noted that, ‘we listened with pride to the incredible feedback from our JCI surveyors. It is impossible for any organisation of our size, to achieve such praise, without every member of staff working together for a common goal.
The surveyors repeatedly referenced our teamwork, the pride we had in our organisation and indeed each other, and our very real commitment to ongoing improvement and quality. As leaders, it was humbling to listen to – our hospital comprises of the exceptional!
Sincere thanks for the hard work of our staff throughout this on site visit, and indeed every day, to make our patient’s journey as safe, compassionate, caring and positive as possible.
