Bio/About

Mr McCartan commenced as a Consultant Breast and General Surgeon at St Vincent’s University Hospital in September 2017.  His sub-specialist area of interest is oncoplastic breast surgery having completed international fellowships in oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery at the University Hospital of South Manchester in the UK and in breast surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York.
