If you have been treated at the Hospital recently, you may receive a text 5 days after discharge to invite you to complete our Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire. Here you can note your comments about the services and facilities and every response is considered and trended for analysis.

Your compliments are greatly appreciated by our staff and with your kind permission, we share them with the relevant teams and include a sample in our staff newsletter.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any part of the care or service that you receive at the Hospital, please speak with the manager of the area and outline the detail of your concern. Each clinical department has a manager and they are always happy to help resolve issues and provide support.
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction you may submit a formal complaint for the attention of the Director of Quality, Patient Safety and Risk. You can do this by e-mailing qualitysvph@svph.ie or writing to the following address:
