Specialist Clinical Interests
For many years, Dr O’Dwyer led a research laboratory at Queen Mary, University of London and Barts Health NHS Trust, focusing on genomic pathways related to sepsis. In 2021, Dr O’Dwyer joined the National Clinical Programme for Sepsis with the Health Service Executive in Ireland. He continues to serve as the National Clinical Lead, overseeing national audits and quality improvement schemes to benefit patients suffering from sepsis on a national level.
