Prof. Crina Burlacu

BIOGRAPHY

Prof. Crina Burlacu was appointed Consultant Anaesthesiologist with the National Cancer Screening Services, St. Vincent's Hospital Group and St. Columcille's Hospital Dublin in 2009.  She is Clinical Associate Professor, Division of Surgery, School of Medicine, University College Dublin.  Prof. Burlacu's clinical and research interests include anaesthesia for breast surgery and reconstruction, difficult airway management and anaesthesia for airway surgery, and anaesthesia and perioperative care for lower limb joint replacment surgery.  She is Simulation and Airway Lead at St. Vincent's University Hospital.  She has authored several publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
