Therese Coleman

Therese Coleman is a Clinical Specialist Dietitian in Obesity. She graduated with a BSc. Nutritional Science (Hons) University College Cork followed by a research masters in Food Business and Development (MSc. Hons).

She has a Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (PG Dip Dietetics) from London Metropolitan University, London. Therese has worked in the NHS in the UK gaining experience in bariatric surgery, paediatrics and neurology. On return to Ireland she worked in the HSE before joining St Vincent’s Private Hospital in 2019.

Therese is a CORU registered Dietitian.
